Service Agreement

Hi There! We are so excited that you are trusting us to create an art piece to commemorate your special day! Before you hit the “book” button, please review the Terms of Service below. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@bloomandthyme.com. 

  • I understand that I am in charge of having my flowers delivered to the Bloom and Thyme workshop within the 72-hour time window after my event.

  • I understand that I am responsible for the delivery cost or arranging pickup after my frame is ready.

  • Bloom and Thyme is not responsible for damages made during the shipping

  • By purchasing a piece by B&T the artists will use creative liberty to arrange flowers in the best way possible. Customizations will be considered but not required by the Bloom and Thyme artists. 

  • Once the frame is sealed shut, no changes (arrangement, frame color, or size) will be made.

  • Changes to frame size or color after the time of booking may be subject to a change fee. 

  • I understand that Bloom and Thyme will work within the condition the flowers are received. If Bloom and Thyme deem the bouquet unworkable, the customer will receive a refund and my order will be canceled. 

  • The customer is responsible for the condition of the flowers as they arrive. Bloom and Thyme will let you know if anything is unusable and if changes need to be made prior to framing. 

  • I understand that during the pressing and drying process, the color of my florals will change. In particular, white florals are most drastically changed anywhere from a brown to light yellow color.

  • I understand that Bloom and Thyme are only able to process refunds up to the total cost paid to Bloom and Thyme. Bloom and Thyme are not responsible for the payment or refund of the fresh flowers provided or the shipping and handling cost. 

  • Bloom and Thyme do not accept any additional keepsakes to be framed (ribbons, pictures, clips, or pins) that may come along with the bouquet. Anything sent along with the bouquet will be discarded. 

  • Not all flowers provided will be used. The artists at Bloom and Thyme will determine which flowers will be framed based on the condition, the thickness of the flower as well as artistic direction.

  • I understand that due to the nature of working with live materials, delays may occur that result in a longer than 12-week timeframe of delivery.
