2 weeks prior to your event date, we will reach out to coordinate pick up details. Our goal is to NOT add more stress on the days prior to your wedding or event. If there is a wedding coordinator or friend we should talk to, we will collect this information here.

Day of your event and after you are done with your bouquet, it’s important to keep the flowers as fresh as possible until they are delivered to our workshop. We need to receive the bouquet within 2-3 days of your event in order to preserve the flowers as best as possible!

Once we receive your arrangement, we will immediately begin to press and dry your flowers. You can expect the pressing and framing process to take 8-12 weeks depending on the type of flower and how long it takes to dehydrate the flowers.

Once your framed flowers are ready for delivery we will reach out to you to coordinate delivery

  • Drying and pressing the flowers takes 8-12 weeks. We want to ensure that your flowers are preserved perfectly to last a lifetime. We will notify you when your item is ready for pickup.

  • The color of the flowers will continue to fade throughout time even after they are framed. Direct sunlight will cause the flowers to fade at a more rapid pace.

  • Not all flowers in your bouquet will be used in the final product. The number of flowers used will depend on the size of frame you select. Our team will select the best quality flowers to press and use in the final frame. We will make sure that the final product will best resemble the look and feel of your original bouquet.

  • Unfortunately, no. Ribbons or other items (i.e. small picture frames, pins etc). Will not fit between the glass. Please do not send any sentimental items as they will be discarded.

  • All flowers can be preserved. Some flowers will retain color better than others. Some thicker flowers will need to be deconstructed in order to fit in the frame.

We will do our best to incorporate berries, pinecones or other non-flower items but cannot guarantee. We will let you know if we are unable to add any of these items into the frame.

We will do our best to make sure your bouquet is best represented in your art piece!

  • We are happy to answer any questions you may have or discuss another custom solution. We’d absolutely love to work with you to create something special that you can enjoy for a lifetime.
